Le plus souvent, <a lang=\"en\" data-phonograph=\"AINT\"><span lang=\"en\">ain't<\/span><\/a> correspond \u00e0 une utilisation non standard de l'anglais et est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 <strong>grammaticalement incorrect<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ce mot peut \u00eatre r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur du <strong>niveau d'\u00e9ducation<\/strong> de la personne qui parle. C'est un mot qui peut tout de suite vous faire passer pour mal \u00e9duqu\u00e9, que ce soit vrai ou non.<\/p>\n<p>Mais, \u00e0 l'origine, <span lang=\"en\">ain't<\/span> r\u00e9pond juste \u00e0 un manque dans les contractions n\u00e9gatives en anglais. C'est devenu une sorte de mot fourre-tout pour les n\u00e9gations\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>En plus, il a tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans des doubles n\u00e9gations. Par exemple, dans des phrases comme <a lang=\"en\" data-phonograph=\"AINT-NOMONEY-DOUBLENEG\"><span lang=\"en\">I ain't got no money<\/span><\/a> alors que <a lang=\"en\" data-phonograph=\"AINT-NOMONEY-SIMPLENEG\"><span lang=\"en\">I ain't got any money<\/span><\/a> serait plus correct mais sonne sans doute moins bien.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ces raisons, c'est une <strong>contraction sujette \u00e0 controverse<\/strong>. Tous les professeurs d'anglais consid\u00e9reront ce mot comme incorrect \u00e0 l'\u00e9crit et quasiment tous \u00e0 l'oral aussi,\u00a0m\u00eame en remplacement de <span lang=\"en\">am not<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Peu importe si le mot est accept\u00e9 ou non.
